Besides theatrical improv, Richard has taught improvisation for social change addressing challenges ranging from end-of-life issues, environmental change, and the struggles of healthcare givers. Richard also works in the field of innovation with the Florida Hospital Innovation Lab guiding companies in finding solutions to the world's most pressing healthcare challenges. After many years performing for Disney as a performer, Richard has turned his attention to Film and TV. In film, he has played supporting roles and lead roles in independent and major motion pictures.
