You can freestyle rap on the spot! Learn to access a larger array of rhymes, how to more effectively target those rhymes, stay in rhythm, and use your improved rap skills to enhance scenes and improv games. And it’s just a blast. We'll work on the two primary approaches to freestyle rap and when to use each one. From rapping in gibberish, to breaking down "targeting rhyming", and maybe even telling a story in rap, or roasting a topic, this will be lots of fun and adaptable to the interests of the attendees. The skills we work on translate to all musical improv, problem solving, public speaking, & comedy. Whether your background is improv, hip-hop, or cartography, this class is for you.
